Return Window
You have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return of your rug.
Return Shipping
Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. This policy also applies to orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where additional shipping charges are incurred. While we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, please note that this does not extend to returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) code. This code is essential and must be displayed on your return label. We will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once your returned rug arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. We will then issue a refund for the purchase price, deducting any original shipping and insurance costs.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
We ask that returned rugs be in the same condition and packaging as when you received them. Securely wrap the rug in 6 mil plastic or waterproof paper to safeguard it against potential transit damages involving air and moisture.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our free shipping policy is exclusive to the 48 contiguous states, and additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
At this time, SK Rugs does not offer international shipping.
